1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LoopholeDB.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You may share links to individual pages on the Site and quote brief excerpts for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes, provided you clearly attribute LoopholeDB.com as the source. Any other reproduction or distribution of Site content requires our prior written permission.

The LoopholeDB name and logo are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on this Site grants you any licence to use them.

4. User Submissions

If you submit a loophole suggestion, tip, correction, or other content to us (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant LoopholeDB a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your Submission in any medium, for any purpose related to operating and improving the Site.

You represent and warrant that your Submission is your own original work (or that you have the right to share it), that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and that it does not contain false, defamatory, or unlawful content.

We are under no obligation to publish, respond to, or retain any Submission.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
